1 We not only insist on high quality in our job, but also pursue a stable quality, that is, guarantee the high quality in the production of each item and every batch of goods but not in the production of only one item or one batch of goods.

2  Our quality not only depends on the control of quality dep., but also the participation of every HBOND people. The idea of TQM has already permeated in HBOND people's thinking and action.

3  Once quality abnormal happens, it will be compiled in training textbook, including issue description, reason analysis and solution, and then teach each people to avoid this kind of problem happened again.

4 HBOND will termly investigate and research customers' opinions about HBOND’s service, quality management and delivery time, etc, which is the improvement direction and power of HBOND in the future's job.
